The Baja Beach Pad is the perfect place to stay for your family vacation or surf trip to Playa Cerritos, Baja Mexico. Our modern vacation home is conveniently located in the heart of Cerritos Beach, near Todos Santo, within walking distance to the famous swimming and surfing beach, and central to many of the area's most popular restaurants, bars, coffee shops, galleries, shops and much much more!

Do you love HGTV’s House Hunters International? So do we and that’s why we were so excited that our family’s adventure to purchase the “Baja Beach Pad” at Cerritos Beach was featured on their show.
The episode captured our journey perfectly from escaping the chilly Canadian winters to searching for the ideal vacation home in sunny Baja California Sur. We toured several properties in the up-and-coming area of Cerritos Beach, weighing options like proximity to the surf, modern amenities, and that unbeatable ocean vibe. It was surreal to see our real-life decisions, budget discussions, and family debates edited into the classic House Hunters format, complete with the dramatic reveal of our final choice.

Reservations are fully refundable up until 30 days prior to check-in time. 50% when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after.
The Beach Pad offers a self-check-in process via a digital keypad. Further instructions will be included in your confirmation email!
All reservations are subject to a Security Deposit of $300 for incidentals and damage protection.
We do not allow pets in our unit.
All guests will be required to sign off on our House Rules, which are further outlined in our rental agreement. They include, but are not limited to, no smoking, no partying, no pets and no weapons/guns.
Quiet time is 10pm - 7am. Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep the noise levels to a respectful volume.

Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! These are available upon availability, we will need to know ahead of time for this request so we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew and they can be referenced below:
